The Medical Plaza Association at Newport Center was formed to give a single, united voice to association members and provide educational programs and resources to enhance the quality of health care for patients, the medical community and association members.

It constantly renovates and upgrades the Newport Center Medical Plaza buildings to support current medical technologies and conform to modern building standards. Irvine Medical Center, known for its innovative medical research facilities and outstanding Medical School.
